Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may stop working. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and correspondence, 24 months after our last contact. Document requests, 24 months. Job applications, 12 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Server logs, 90 days. Analytics, 14 months. We keep information longer where a law, claim, or investigation requires it.
Where it goes
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information there and elsewhere. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, your information is transferred outside your home country. You can request a copy of the safeguards at [email protected].
Your rights
EEA, UK, Switzerland: you can ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or object where we rely on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what we did before.

California: you can ask what we collected, used, and disclosed in the last 12 months; ask us to delete or correct it; and opt out of sale or sharing, though we do neither. You will not be treated differently for asking, and you may use an authorized agent.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will verify who you are, usually by confirming details you have already given us, and respond within 30 days or the period your law requires.
Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information and the law requires notice, we will notify you and the relevant regulator.
Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

We link to and embed content from LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Those platforms have their own policies and collect their own data. This policy does not cover them.
